Jasmine Garden as it will be known, will be a five star residential island resort destined to be the worlds best health and leisure spa, with exquisite gardens and a mix of 131 homes, many of them beach facing are inspired by traditional Thai architecture, with steep wooden roofs and Thai wooden carvings. All the buildings at Jasmine Garden will be built from wood and stones, shipped from Thailand, with gardens consisting of authentic plants from the region to recreate the tropical Asian luxury.

The properties on Jasmine Gardens will comprise of residential studio suites. There will also be one-bedroom duplex loft apartments and four bedroom water villas, which will be built out into the sea on stilts in traditional Thai style.
