Ground Floor
Entrance into a large room which, due to double doors, can be used as a garage or could easily be converted to a second reception room. The ground floor is completed by a laundry room and a storage room.

First Floor
From the main entrance, the access to the first floor is through an internal staircase with 16 lovely stone steps. Just in front of the staircase there is a bathroom with shower; on the left hand-side there is a large lounge with a stone fireplace and with a modern staircase leading to the second floor; the lounge is linked to the well equipped kitchen which is completely fitted with ample storage cupboards, marble sink with whirlpool rubbish-disposal unit, dish washer, fridge, eye-level fan oven and large gas cooker.

Second Floor
A corridor leads to three double bedrooms and a further bathroom.

Third Floor
A spiral staircase leads to the attic; here there is a cosy room with a further small room which is currently used for storage but could be converted to a bathroom to create a master suite, which leads out to a lovely terrace with views over the town.

The ground floor and the first have been completely tiled with Terracotta; the second floor and the attic have beautiful parquet flooring.
