Originally the 1897 building was the village’s “kafenio” (coffee shop). It has now been divided into two separate entities: a two floor house at the top and a flat with a separate guest house downstairs. Both houses overlook a large vineyard and have a view of hectares of olive groves.

Spacious living room and a fire-place. A stone-built arch in the interior separates the wooden kitchen from the rest of the house.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with separate bathrooms and storing space. The master bedroom has a large terrace with a panoramic view.

The materials used in this house, such as the wooden flooring, ivory painted walls and stone in addition to the large number of windows, make the property very luminous while at the same time maintaining its original traditional character.
