Great news- On July 31st, Flamingo Lakes was granted full outline planning permission by the Yucatan State authorities for the whole site of over 2,200 acres. The land has increased in value substantially as a result.

Features

This will be a huge resort and is one which we will be marketing through its various phases over the next few years. Clearance of the site has started immediately and construction of the first villas will begin around March 2008.

At this stage we have a limited number of plots of 600m2 available at $56,000. Purchasers can also contract to have a 3 bedroom villa built on these plots for a total cost of around $200,000 excluding legals etc. These properties will have a covered area of around 180m2 with a small pool and a two car garage.
