PALATIAL HOUSE
There is a main building plus outbuildings with paddocks for livestock, stables, haybarns, storerooms for agricultural tools, resident guard building and all in the centre of a series of irrigated farms.
The property is in very good condition and has been renovated and modernised over the years, although it is currently uninhabited.
It is a three-storey building; ground floor, first floor and a loft which is accessed via a staircase from the first floor. It covers the whole area of the building, some 621.50m2 and the usable area is around 40%, ie some 250m2. The total usable floor space of the house is 1,200m2.
The resident guard’s house is on one floor and also built on ashlar stone bearer walls and finished with a roof of arab tiles
All the buildings are built on a base of ashlar stone bearing walls.

The staircase has a turned wooden banister, and there is painted plaster work.

There are 1,000 hectares of land of which 600 hectares are hilly and the rest is farmable.
In the hilly part there is plentiful hunting. Here it borders with the Natural Reserve while in the south it borders one of Spain’s largest river, the River.

There is permission to convert the palatial house into a hotel of 125 rooms, build a golf course and 300 new homes. Preliminary designs submitted for the houses received a favourable response.
