The Buying Process

The buying process is quite straightforward when you are purchasing off-plan from DAMAC. To reserve a property a holding fee of £1,500.00 is payable then applied to a full 10% deposit which is payable on reservation. Once a deposit has been paid, the contract is generated in Dubai and dispatched to the purchaser. On completion of the development, DAMAC hand over the apartment as stated within the legal contract.
