Chairite Resort has been designed and built by Da Tours Development Company and Modus Art Building Company, which have a lot of experience and expertise in the design and construction. The Executive Director of the Development Company has participated in the mechanization of one of the big hotels in Sunny Beach and the Building Company has constructed a lot of buildings along the Black Sea Coast.

ARCHITECTURE

The houses in Complex Chairite possess a typical Bulgarian architectural style, which ensures a harmonic and organic living with the surrounding nature. The exterior coatings are from traditional wood and natural stone, which creates a healthy and relaxing atmosphere. The common buildings like the pools, restaurants, SPA centre, etc are built with lots of wood and glass to make guests feel at home.

INVESTMENT

Chairite Resort consists of 21 luxurious two and three storey villas, a hotel building, and a number of facilities including swimming pools, deluxe spa centre, gym, restaurant, and many more.
The two bedroom houses range from 103 to 113 sq. m. The three bedroom houses are from 141 to 153 sq. m. Every house consists of 2 or 3 bedrooms, each with an on-suite bathroom and toilet, an extra downstairs toilet, open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, and private terraces.
The location and design of the resort guarantees a good capital appreciation and a very good rental potential. Investment in the area is just starting with a number of planned improvements in the infrastructure and possibly an alley that will lead directly to the central part of Sunny Beach.

RENTAL

We anticipate a very good annual rental return of about 7% to 10%. The number of tourists visiting Sunny Beach is increasing every year. Easy Jet and Ryan Air are expected to start scheduled flights to Bourgas and Varna airports from year 2007.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Properties can be reserved for a reservation fee of 2000 euros (approx £1400). Unless otherwise stated, the reservation fee is non-refundable, but does form part of any initial deposit.

Date of completion of the complex - April 2008.
