Fréjus is a coastal town on the Côte d'Azur and commune in the Var department, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of southern France. It neighbours Saint-Raphaël, Var, effectively forming one town. The north of the commune forms part of the Estérel Massif. Fréjus is a large, sprawling town with some famous Roman ruins. It's also a very popular summertime tourist town, although the center of town is a couple of km from the beaches, which are 2 km long and 100 m wide of fine sand, between Fréjus and St. Raphaël. The center of town is compact, with lots of shops, pedestrian streets and, in the summer, lots and lots of people. The Cathedral in the very center is built of lovely old stone and is set in a pretty square. The entrance to the cloisters is inside the Cathedral entrance. The development lies to the North east of the centre of the village only 5km fro the beaches. The area is strictly residential, a safe quiet neighborhood with houses and apartments. This new development is located in the heart of a mature landscaped park and benefits from the peace and tranquility this brings, as well as appreciated cool in the hot summer months. The development also benefits from having a large outdoor pool, children?s playground, fitness suite and sauna. There are 60 apartments in total, 55 of which have terraces and balconies. The apartments range in size from studio to 3 bedroom and the whole development has been fully refurbished bringing it completely up to date for 2008. The apartments are fully equipped and feature fitted kitchens with dishwashers. Light Leaseback: During the lease period the owner gives a certain number of weeks to the management company and can use it during the other weeks except when the residence is closed. Owners have two options of when they give the property to the management company: Option A: -2 weeks during the Easter holidays in France -1st and 2nd weeks in June -2nd, 3rd and 4th weeks in July -1st and 2nd weeks in August Option B: 1st and 2nd weeks in June -6 consecutive weeks from the 1st week in July Outside of this time (ie. The last two weeks of August) the owner can use the property and just needs to cover the water and electricity charges as well as the other annual charges associated with leaseback property. The owner can also choose to allow the management company to rent their property during other weeks and if rented the management company will give them 50% of the turnover generated from the apartment during the additional weeks rented. In order to benefit from this the owner does have to inform the management company by the date specified in the lease agreement so that the management company can plan in advance. Frejus is a sound bet if you have kids to entertain with its number of activity centers in the vicinity designed specially for them. If you can't find what you are looking for in Frejus, there are many other attractions not too far away, there?s a number of outdoor activities available from March to October. At the Local Sailing Club (Club municipal de Voile) you'll find a wide choice, i.e. catamaran, wind surfing, and many more. At the Port Frejus Deep Sea Diving club (Club la Palanquee) you can take part in various organized diving trips down to see wrecks, reefs and walls of coral, there is also night diving. Base nature: 150 hectares of which 1200m at the seaside between Fréjus and Saint Aygulf, a magnificent surrounding. Equipped with various sport grounds: football, volleyball, roller-skating, skating, mountain bikes, playgrounds for the little ones, tarred routes for biking and walking all over the base. A surrounding where your vitality will be boosted. Enjoy the Open Air! Train Frejus is on the main rail line for service between Paris, Lyon, the Riviera and Italy. Fréjus is also, along with Nice, a "Train-Auto Accompagné" station, for traveling with your car between the Riviera and Paris. Cannes is only 20 mins away.
