Second phase of the renovation of 38 buildings situated on a site of 30 hectares which was used during the 1963 Olympic games in Chamrousse.

Chamrousse is a ski resort situated on the most beautiful site of the Belledone Massif in the Isere, approximately 20 minutes drive from Grenoble. Chamrousse is a name that will be familiar to ski fans as the it played a part in the 1968 Olympic Games.

The ski slopes enables you to pass from one site to the other, offering you over 92 kilometres of slopes to enjoy.

Chamrousse is a really dynamic ski resort situated on the most beautiful site of the Belledone Massif in the Isere, which we are familiar with due to a number of us regularly skiing there ourselves and due to past developments.

A former Olympic village, the resort of Chamrousse is set to achieve great things now as more development takes place to renew the village and attract more visitors. Currently, the resort is a favourite with the locals due to its close proximity to Grenoble and it being one of the easiest resorts to access for those coming from Lyon.

Skiing there is great, with great access to ski lifts and slopes suitable for all levels. The resort groups together three winter sports resorts which are connected by a shuttle service : "Recoin" at Chamrousse (at an altitude of 1650 m) with its skiing area, "Roche Béranger" at Chamrousse (at an altitude of 1750 m) and ?Bachat Bouloud? (at an altitude of 1700 m) which thanks to its children?s ski area and blue and green slopes is much more for families.

These three resorts are part of an ambitious programme of development which combine restoration of the existing real estate and the setting up of new developments of a high standing.

During the winter there activities for all the family including ski school, free ride, snowboarding, ice skating, motorneige, parapente, ice skating and children?s activities.

During the summer you can enjoy long walks in the mountains, golf, horse riding, mountain climbing, fishing, mountain biking and tennis amongst many activities.

The resort remains active throughout the year because of its accessibility from Grenoble and the large variety of activities available.

Because this development will consist of a heavy renovation the VAT reimbursement rate will be 19.6% and although official details are not yet released apartments are expected to range from approx 30 to 68 m2 and will sleep between 4 and 10 people depending on the property.

Each property will be comfortably furnished with fitted kitchens including a dishwasher, fridge, electric hob, microwave oven / grill and/or a oven ensuring visitors are relaxed during their stay.

There are likely to be two lease options available, one with occupation and the other without.
