CONSTRUCTION AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The construction schedule will be as follows:
1. Construction starts in September with foundations being finished by end November, last concrete for the roof beginning till mid March.
The payment of the first 30% should be made at the beginning of this phase, the other 30% at the end.
2. The second phase includes water and electricity till beginning of May, simultaniously starts the finishing of outside and inside walls, ceilings and floors which will take till September 2008.
At the end of this phase the third 30% should be paId.
3. The final phase which is painting, ceramics, windows and woodwork should be finished by March 2009, allowing another three to four month for details.
Then, when the building is officially registered as a habitational building final payment is made
and the contract at the notary signed.
