Located in the hills above Coral Bay, this spacious modern property is beautifully furnished, and equipped to a high standard throughout. It is poolside and safe for small children due to a walled walkway between the house and the poolside.

This lovely villa is part of the popular Desire Gardens complex in Peyia and has its own covered parking space, It overlooks the pool at the front and has a private and spacious garden at the back.
On the ground floor the kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery plus cooking utensils, pans, casserole dishes etc.
The open plan dining area has a large dining table which comfortably
seats 6 and can accommodate 8 people easily. There is a sideboard containing place mats and various games. A large, opening window overlooks the pool from here.
The large open plan lounge area comfortably seats 6 with two large sofas which convert to double beds. There is a TV and dvd player with a selection of dvds; music system, computer, and coffee tables, plus a bookshelf with guide books and other reading matter. Beautiful curtains and floor lamps complete the feel of home from home. Patio doors lead from here to the spacious balcony at the rear of the villa overlooking the private garden with views of the sea and allowing in a cooling breeze when open. This south facing spacious area is accessed by a door from the kitchen, or the patio doors from the lounge and has table, chairs and parasol plus a barbeque and is the ideal place for breakfast or having a meal and a glass of wine in the evening.
Cloakroom :- Toilet and washbasin.
Lower ground floor :- Bedroom 1 :- 1 king size bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes with shelving and door and windows opening onto the private garden.
Bedroom 2 :- 2 single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, bedside table and
lamp, and a chest of drawers containing a hair dryer. There are sliding patio doors leading to the private garden.
Bathroom :- fully tiled, with bath [ with shower over ], toilet and fitted washbasin
and mirror. Also a clothes basket.
Automatic washing machine.
There is also an under stairs cupboard with a selection of toys, mop
and bucket and sweeping brush. Iron and ironing board.
There is a large private garden with some shade immediately adjoining the
bedrooms. It is half paved and half gravelled and hedged with flowering bushes. A private area with table and chairs and a safe place for young children to have a paddling pool. A rotary washing line and another barbeque for your use.
All areas of the villa have air conditioning units which will also provide heat in the winter months.
Bath & hand towels and bed linen are provided. There are some beach
towels at the property also. The villa is cleaned prior to occupation and on departure. Mid stay cleans can be arranged and paid in advance. Guests may wash linen and towels as required or use a service.
Unfortunately, H3 is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

The communal pool area is cleaned daily and has sun beds and umbrellas for the patrons’ use. There is also a poolside shower and toilet block. The communal gardens are mature and well maintained with beautiful palm trees, flowering shrubs and bushes.
Peyia is a charming Cypriot village a short ten minute walk away, with its beautiful church, excellent bars and restaurants, banks, post office, supermarkets, bakeries, doctor and pharmacy - you can sit in the tavernas and enjoy the views stretching all the way to Paphos, which with all its historical attractions is a mere 12km from the village.
Coral Bay is a stunning and popular resort with superb beaches and safe bathing, a variety of shopping and a great choice of restaurants, only 5 mins away by car with free parking everywhere. There is also a very regular bus service from here, to and from Paphos.
The popular Akamas Peninsula’s unspoilt coastline and dramatic
scenery is a must and within a short drive of the property.
Cyprus is fast becoming one of the most popular holiday destinations for UK holidaymakers and it is also establishing itself as a leading golf holiday destination. There are 3 golf courses within easy reach of the property - Tsada, Secret Valley and the exciting new 5 star creation at Aphrodite Hills.

You can be at the peak of the Troodos mountains within an hour, making the villa well placed for summer day trips, or to experience the fantastic winter ski facilities.
The Paphos area has many all year round activities for children and adults alike, including go karting, bowling, scuba diving, a host of water sports and an excellent and very clean aqua park with a very safe area for the young children. There are museums, wineries, local crafts, animal parks and areas of outstanding natural beauty to visit.
The whole of Paphos is a World Heritage Site with the exquisite mosaics and Roman remains, the Odeon, the Lighthouse and the Tombs of the Kings.(approx. Google Earth Ref 34°52'54.63?N 32°23'14.82?E)
