Over 3km of shingle beach which is popular with sun seekers and those wanting to partake in water sports such as windsurfing, snorkeling and in a restricted area jet skiing. Close to the villa are 2 quiet hotels, both of which have restaurants available to the public.

About half way to the beach you will find a mini-market and a small shop which supply your basic needs. Supermarkets are available nearer Calis and Fethiye. The beach front has a few bars and restaurants offering both traditional Turkish cuisine and international menus.

The villa is further north of Calis so more peaceful, but Calis is a short ride or walk where there is something for everyone. The main resort of Fethiye can be reached from the villa by local Dolmus bus or water taxi from Calis to the harbour.

Notes on accommodation
Air-con doubles as heater if required. Additional fold up bed or cot can be provided for the bedroom 3 at no extra charge. Any special requirements can be catered for on request.

The area is flat and paved although no specific mobility problems have been catered for.
Outside
Outside is direct access to the private pool from the terrace. The villa sits in a large 500m plot, and is one of four. Beyond the garden are fields with views towards the sea and hills to the rear. The garden is private and a wall is being established in June 2008.

Coast/Beach
700m to the beach where there are beach bars/restaurants. 20 minutes walk along the beach road to the town of Calis from where you can get to Fethiye by water taxi.
Small hotels nearby also have restaurants. Dolmus (local bus service) takes you to Calis (5 minutes) or Fethiye (20 minutes).

Golf
Golf course within driving distance.

Skiing
Skiing is available - about 2 hour drive.

Travel
About 45 minutes to Dalaman airport through the new tunnel (3 YTL each way). Transfers to/from Dalaman Airport can be arranged if you let us know at the time of booking, approximately £60 return (depending on numbers). Car hire is useful for sightseeing but the local bus service and taxi are ideal for local areas including Calis, Fethiye and Olu Deniz.
