The large garden allows plenty of room for sunbathing or a refreshing dip in its own private pool. The hand cut stone bar, BBQ and seating area are the ideal place to relax and unwind after a hard day at the beach! For nature lovers the surrounding area is perfect for walking and bird watching. Or why not just take a leisurely 3 min stroll down to the two excellent tavernas offering both local and international cuisine. There is a treatment room set up in the villa where the local beauty therapist can come and pamper you in the comfort of your own home (extra charges ). The Sanctuary truly is a home away from home with rustic style, open plan living area and wooden floors, it gives a cosy country cottage feel to what is a large and spacious villa.

The Villa sleeps a maximum of 9 people -

Large master bedroom super king size four poster bed, a/c, wooden floors and huge roof terrace.
Bed 2 king size bed, themed room with a/c.
Bed 3 double bed, fan.
Bed 4 single bed with fan.
Bed 5 with single bed and optional Z bed and a/c.

Downstairs bedrooms may be suitable for people with slight mobility problems as they have access to the downstairs shower room also. There is only one step into the property and the plot is flat with no steps and has a drive way right up the the entrance. Door widths would restrict wheelchair users.

Bathrooms: En-suite shower room to master bedroom with low level wc modern washbasin and walk in shower.
Family bathroom to bedrooms 2/3 with large bath wc and marbled sink unit. Downstairs is a shower room for beds 4/5 with walk in shower, wc and small hand basin.

Kitchen: Wooden shaker style kitchen with large surface area. Gas hob 4 ringed, fitted electric single oven and grill, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, assorted blenders, steamer, juicer, water cooler provided with a free 18 L drinking water bottle.

Utility Room: Dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine and storage cupboards. Door leading into garden and bedroom 4.

Living Rooms: Open plan living room/kitchen/diner. Woodburner, L shaped sofa seats 6,
plasma TV, DVD Cd and video player with sky TV, glass dining table with 6 high backed leather chairs. Patio doors leading onto the garden and part covered patio area.

Other: Quiet reception room, cast iron fire place with old fashioned record player lots of records/games. 2 comfy large leather armchairs for that ‘get away Grown up space. Front annex is set up as relaxation treatment room with massage and beauty couch.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels for house use and linen provided including once weekly linen change. Extra maid service can be booked if required at small extra charge per hour, just ask and we will try to assist. We suggest beach and pool towels should be brought along.

For sole use of our guests the 6 x4 m pool is ideal for a refreshing dip, walk in steps lead to a small shallow area and the pool slopes to a deeper area of 1.70 mtrs. There is plenty of room to relax or snooze in the hammock in our secluded garden. There is a large stone built bar with an outside drinks cooler, great for sipping your Pimms, a BBQ area and Kleftico oven and seating for 8 at our stone table. We also have a pool table if you fancy dragging yourself away from the other pool. Sun beds and rattan patio furniture are also provided. There is a large covered pergola and many trees offering plenty of shade for hot days. The villa is detached on a large plot with gravel drive and off street parking for 3 cars. To the right of the property and rear are fields and open countryside where many bird species nest in the natural caves and rock faces.

The village centre with its church and tavernas is 3 mins walk. Kato Paphos 7/10 mins drive with its beaches, water park, bars, restaurants old harbour and castle. There is a lovely paved walk here alongside the rugged coast line. Paphos old town, shops and market, traditional architecture and government buildings and parks 5/10 mins drive, depending on traffic. Bar street nightlife area 10 mins drive. Tomb of the Kings 10/15 mins depending on local traffic.

There are 4 golf course nearby. The new course designed by Nick Faldo is less than 10 mins drive away and is now fully open and reputed to be amongst the top 10 in Europe. Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodites golf courses are approx 15 mins drive. We are able to offer an exclusive 10% discount on green fees at 2 of the golf courses, partnership deals with a local golf agency and free use of our Wilson golf clubs and trolley saving you the bother of bringing clubs over.

If you are looking for a pristine marble, chrome contemporary villa in the main tourist drag this probably isn’t for you. If you are looking for a taste of the real Cyprus, a warm homely feel but just a short ride to all the main tourist areas then YES! The villa is on two levels – upstairs – 3 double beds and 2 baths, and downstairs – 2 singles with a shower room and wc.

This property would make ideal wedding accommodation for a small party of people.
