With five comfortably furnished bedrooms (3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms) and 4 bathrooms, Villa Argentario invites its guests to sit back and enjoy their stay. Whether you have lunch under the pergola after a refreshing dip in the pool or enjoy a relaxing drink watching the sunset after a day spent exploring the Maremma countryside, we feel Argentario will not only be like a second home for you, but also a splendid setting in which to enjoy your holiday.

ACCOMMODATION
Furnished with antiques and impressionist art, the villa features 5 elegant bedrooms, 4 marble decorated bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and large living room with sea views and large fireplace.

OTHER FEATURES
Villa Argentario features a fenced swimming pool area for the safety of your children immersed in a classic Mediterranean garden. Next to the pool you can make yourself a cocktail after taking the sun at the umbrella shaded bar and to complete the day enjoy a BBQ next to the pergola overlooking the sea.
Indoors the villa features all the necessary modern comforts, such as: Sky TV, Broadband WiFi, stereo, Microwave, kettle, washing machine, dish washer and linen. Two cots and two high chairs are available at the villa for your children as well as extra maid service if needed.

•We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A €800 security deposit is paid upon arrival. The security deposit will be used to settle the telephone bill and any potential damages or other costs incurred during the stay.

-Towels, pool towels and linen are included and are changed weekly. The house and pool are cleaned weekly.

- Electricity and water is included in the rental.

- Heating in the winter is at an extra cost.

•Next door to the villa there is an annex which sleeps 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, a sitting room and a kitchen. The annex can only be rented with the villa. The additional cost per week is €1,1150.

•Central heating run on gas is charged separately at €1,20 a litre. Average heating costs for 8hrs per day is approx. €60-70
The swimming pool is open from May 1st. to October 1st.
