The distance to the capital city of the island is 4 km.

Maisonettes
The newly built Mistral complex, which finished in October 2009, consists of 12 luxury 2 storey maisonettes.
For 2010 the following 6 houses will be rented:

Three with 2 bedrooms (100-105 m2)
One with 2 bedrooms (107 m2) and private swimming pool
One with 3 bedrooms (133 m2)
One with 3 bedrooms (110 m2) with private swimming pool and terrace from where the view is really amazing

The bedrooms have queen beds (1.60 x 2.00 m) or 2 big single beds, separate or joined.
The living room with the kitchen is always on a different floor.
Every house has large balconies and private garden with open view to the sea and to the green hills.
The visitor has ample sea view from his living room and from his bed.
Some of the houses have fireplace.

The architecture and design of the complex is such that the one cannot see or bather the other and also we have put the latest technology material for sound and heat insulation in the walls and in the roofs.
The complex has 2 semi underground garages for the residents (300 m2).

Activities
The sandy beach of Tsilivi (blue flag) is indicated for children and for the ones they like to swim in crystal clear and calm sea waters.
On the beach you can enjoy various sea sports like jet ski, water ski, rings, banana, sea parachute and others. In the afternoons, in July and August, the mistral (NW wind) creates the special conditions for kite and wind surfing. There are also beach bars and restaurants by the sea.
Horse riding, diving and tour around the island by bike or buggy, for the ones loving the adventures.
Zakynthos has more than 35 amazing beaches for all the desires worth of visiting them. The island is fully green with fantastic routes in the olive trees, fruit trees and flowers on the valleys and the hills and in the pine forests on the top of the mountains.
