Punta Paloma Golf is a gated development located in the luxurious exclusive zone of La Paloma de Manilva. These brand new apartmentsl were completed in August 2008 and are set amongst beautifully landscaped gardens incorporating an outdoor swimming pool and a heated indoor pool for year round fun for all the family. In addition there are 5 miles of Blue Flag beaches on your doorstep within an easy five to ten minute drive.

Punta Paloma is just 50 minutes from the airports of Malaga and Jerez and 15 minutes from Gibraltar airport making it a very convenient location to spend your holidays or have a long weekend break. If you love to ski, the Sierra Nevada is approximately 2 hours drive from Punta Paloma making it perfectly possible to have a combined sea and mountain holiday and, if you love partying and dining out, Marbella and Puerto Banus are under half-an hour’s drive away.

The apartments range from 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms so there is something for everyone. They are very roomy and all have spacious terraces from where you can see the rock of Gibraltar to the west and the Punta de Calaburra in Fuengirola to the East. Look straight ahead onto the blue Mediterranean Sea and you will see the Atlas Mountains in North Africa silhouetted in the horizon.

All the apartments have Climalit double-glazing, air-conditioning and cream marble floors with gas-fired radiant water under-floor heating. The bedrooms are large and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub.

There is a video entry-phone and all the apartments are equipped with a Domotic intelligent house system.

The fitted kitchen is large and airy and all the necessary appliances have been provided so that you do not have to miss anything you are used to in your own home. A door from the kitchen leads straight out onto the terrace.

From the comfortable, open-plan, living/dining room you can step outside onto a large, tropical wood, timber-decked terrace that is perfect for sunbathing and for meals alfresco.

Each apartment has a minimum of 1 allocated parking space in the basement and all levels of the development have elevator access.

The resort of Sotogrande with its stunning marina, chic boutiques, restaurants and bars is just 5 minutes from Punta Paloma. There are plenty of things to keep you busy if you get tired of the beach, everything from waterskiing and Jet Ski to scuba diving and horse riding. There is also the Santa Maria Polo Club where you can watch some of the best players in the world in action. Marbella and Puerto Banus are a 20-minute drive away.

If golf is your passion you will not be disappointed. Punta Paloma is on the ‘Golden Mile’ of golf on Spain’s Costa del Sol. Valderrama, host of the Ryder Cup in 1997 and the Volvo Masters in 2007 and 2008 is just fifteen minutes away and there are many other fabulous golf courses within a twenty minute drive such as Sotogrande, Almenara, La Reserva and Duquesa.
