The apartment has the use of 2 communal swimming pools, tennis courts as well as it’s own underground parking facility. The house is part of a small complex of apartments, which are located close to Playa Alamarda, which is one of a small number of blue flag beaches in the area.
People staying at the apartment have full use of the tennis courts and swimming pools during their stay. They also have use of the garage parking located downstairs.
The apartment has 2 double beds and 2 single beds, is fully air conditioned with hot/cold, has beautiful views over the countryside from the balcony and views of the tennis courts plus swimming pool from the bedrooms.
Their is secure underground car parking for 1 car available with the apartment and lift acces from the car park.

Playa Almarda is a small fishing village on the Costa del Azahar.
This 4 year old 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor apartment is located 400 meters from the beach, 3 Kms from the lively holiday resort of Canet de Berenguer, 6Kms from the historical town of Sagunto, 30Kms North of the City center of Valencia.
The municipality is less than 30 kilometres from Valencia and only 5 kilometres from Sagunto, good connections allow the programming of quick trips. In the same way, nature lovers can enjoy the Calderona and Espadán Sierras, which extend along the Palencia basin. Beginning at Puçol the GR-10 trail makes a great journey crossing through the whole of the Sierra Calderona.
The marine front to Canet has a kilometre long stretch of beach with fine sand that conserve, intact, an extensive area of dunes of great ecological value
