There are 16 guest rooms all with a private shower and sink and we have kept the original Portuguese charm. All guests have access to kitchen facilities, book exchange and the top terrace on the 4th floor. The penthouse appartment consist of a lounge area, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and a private terrace with sea view and it is located on the 3rd floor. The 2 shops on street level are currently rented out and gives the new owners several options - including a good income - in connection with the Guest House The top terrace also have a boiler room, solar panels and an office.
