In may 1998 it was opened by the secr of state for turisme. Now it has 16 rooms and 4 houses/appartments ( 2 for 4 persons and 2 for 6 pers.) There is a large swimmingpool, 2 places in the beautiful garden for resting and a garage. The total land is about 6 hectares. Also restaurant Loao Brandao is part of the complex with 45 places inside and 60 places outside on the patio.
