Set on two floors accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room and lounge with comfy seating, satellite TV, DVD and stereo. A large selection of books, games, films and DVD's are,available. Patio doors from the upper lounge lead on to a private terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers.
All bedding and towel provided /not pool or beach towels and changed weekly. Welcome grocery pack on arrival.

Booking deposit of 25% within 5 days to secure holiday dates. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to holiday. Please ensure you have your own travel and health insurance cover. Refundable security / breakages bond £100 or 150€ to be paid in cash on arrival before handing over of keys.
