Apartment near the Mar Menor

Our property has everything you could possibly want whilst on holiday as it is equipped as our 2nd home. It has a comfortable air-conditioned lounge area with patio doors leading out onto the terrace which has a table & chairs for eating al-fresco.This in turn leads down a few steps to a lower garden area which gets full sun in the afternoon & evening.This area is safe for children as the entrance to this is through an electronic gate.
It has two bedrooms,one double & one with 3ft twin beds.The beds are made up ready for your arrival.There is also an inflatable single bed for the lounge if required.
There is a seperate kitchen which also has an enclosed back courtyard equipped with a washing machine & an area to hang out washing.we also provide an iron & ironing board.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath,& all the towels are provided except beach towels.We also provide a hairdryer.
There is a DVD player with a selection of DVD's. There is also a CD player with a selection of CD's, books & games for your use.
We are on the edge ofthe urbanisation overlooking agricultural land so it is very peaceful.The Spanish village we are attached to is five minutes walk away. This has a small supermarket,bakery,bank,pharmacy,restaurant & a few bars. We are 5-10 minutes drive from the beach,restaurants,large supermarkets,golf courses & Murcia airport. The main road to get to the cities is half a mile away.
We are flexible on arrival & departure times to fit in with your flights. We also take bookings from any day of the week for any length of time from 3 days to 2 months.
