This villa is a pleasant family sized holiday villa with private pool and air conditioning / heating in the lounge / bedrooms. Villa Santa Elena is on three levels, plus this rental villa is close to all amenities. Shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away and the busy resort of Fuengirola is just a 15 minute drive.

To the right of the villa's main entrance are steps down to a twin bed self-contained studio with en suite.
In Villa there is a twin bedroom downstairs with terrace.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en suite & patio and another twin bedroom.
One shower room downstairs.
3 en-suites.
Once inside the main part of the house there is a smart, fitted kitchen to the left with front garden views.
Off the hall is a utility room.
A decorative glazed door leads through to a spacious air conditioned lounge with dining area at one end. There is a feature bay with a window seat and patio doors opening to a pleasant shaded garden.
Outside, the front garden is terraced and well established, with a wrought-iron gate. The rear garden is level with swimming pool, lawned areas and flower beds. It feature two pleasant shaded terraces - one leading off the dining room furnished for al fresco dining and having fixed seating and the other alongside the pool which features a built-in barbecue and bar area.
