This privately owned duplex apartment is situated right on the sea front just seven paces from the beach and only 2 minutes walk from the pretty harbour of Cala Bona.
Features
.This spacious apartment is situated on the second and third floor of a three storied building, and sleeps 6 people comfortably.
On the second floor is the lounge, which has two sofas, one converting into a double bed and the other with a pull out single bed, to increase the capacity to 9, if needed. Both the lounge and the dining area, which has a table for six, are spacious and light, and have beautiful views over the bay. Also on this floor is a small bathroom with shower (newly refurbished).
On the third floor there are 3 large comfortable bedrooms each with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Two with balconies and beautiful sea views. The bathroom has a bath and shower, (also recently refurbished)
There is also spiral staircase up to the roof (ideal for private sunbathing).
A cot is also available.
