Only 5 minutes walk to quiet shingle coves and 1.3 kms. to busy 7kms. long sandy blue flag beach and all amenities in Peniscola "The City In The Sea" e.g restaurants , bars, water sports, harbour, castle, churches, shops, fiestas and activities.
Set in tranquil and secure surroundings this ground floor apartment is a home from home in the med. Spacious accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms with ample wardrobes, one with a kingsize bed and one with a single and bunk beds. A large newly decorated fully tiled shower room, with recess with washing machine and storage.
The fully equipped kitchen leads to the lounge/diner with comfy seating and satellite TV showing full range of English and some Spanish channels.
The private conservatory is leading to back patio, small orchard and large side terrace and offers the choice of sun, shade or dining alfresco while enjoying the lovely views. The outside areas are equipped with sun loungers, parasol, patio table, chairs and BBQ.
This is an ideal location for families or couples seeking a relaxing or action packed holiday.
Nearby there is also a large swimming pool and sports facility open April to October payable daily.

Welcome pack provided, full grocery shop on request. Bicycles are available to hire payable weekly.

Peniscola really is the City in the Sea.
There is also a second two bed apartment available that will suit a combined holiday for larger families or groups.

We stayed for 3 weeks August had a fab holiday
A lovely apartment plenty of room and well equipped.Excellent patio and terraces for bbq and relaxing.Peniscola is a beautiful area ,beaches are great with plenty to see and do especially in the Old town.
People are very friendly ,thanks Amanda and David see you next summer !
