Location:- This beautiful villa is located in a peaceful suburb of Tondela town and is five minutes by car from the IP3 main road to the historic mediaeval university city of Coimbra (45 minutes) and the all the unspoilt beaches of the Silver Coast (one hour). In the other direction are magnificent mountains in the Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela and the Caramulo range where there is a motoring museum. Conímbriga boasts extensive Roman ruins and there is an ancient forest at Buçaco. 15 minutes drive away is a golf course. If you walk or cycle from your front door you will find charming rural lanes and vineyards producing some of the best Dão wine in Portugal. Five minutes walk away is 'The Three Pipes', Os três Pipos restaurant. Nearby is a supermarket and cafe with a pool.
