Rental Notes
The payment requested with this rental agreement is GBP and will be paid within 3 days after booking. The balance of the cost together with the Returnable Damage Deposit & Extra Services of 300 GBP must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The damage deposit will be refunded in 2 weeks after the departure less metered charges for electricity & water and cost of damages or breakages if any.
The full amount of the payment will be refunded for cancellations made before 8 weeks of arrival.
For cancellations
Between 4 to 8 weeks before arrival: 50% of the payment will be refunded
Between 2 to 4 weeks before arrival: 25% of the payment will be refunded
Less than 2 weeks before arrival: No refunds
For long-term rentals (1 month and longer) we do provide a 10% discount.
For renting 2 properties simultaneously we do provide a 10% discount.
