Luxury 5 bedroom private villa with private swimming pool located less than 100 metres from the beach in the quiet and private Queens Fort Drive, located 1 mile north of Holetown on the exclusive West coast of Barbados. The spacious gardens make this an ideal family villa.
Features
The villa is just a short stroll to some of the islands beautiful beaches with Queens Fort Drive properties having their own access to the beach, and is also within walking distance of the beaches and water activities of the Colony Club, Royal Pavilion and Glitter Bay resorts.
The accommodation is divided between the 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the separate guest cottage, which is made of coral stone and has a kitchen and 2 patios. In the main house there is a King-size bed, a Queen-size bed and twin beds. In the cottage there is a King-size double bed and a twin bed. The cottage is also self-contained with seating areas, a small kitchen and a terrace with dining table. All 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms.
As with many Caribbean Villas, holiday life is centred around outdoor living and this is provided for with outdoor dining and lounge areas, a lovely large lawned garden and wonderful private swimming pool. Guests can also relax in the indoor lounge area, with flatscreen TV, DVD Player and Bose Music System. The villa is wonderfully staffed by a butler and a housekeeper who will do everything they can to make your stay special.
The private swimming pool is quite shallow and wraps around the patio in the picturesque garden, where young children can play whilst being safely watched by the older members of the party relaxing on the sun loungers - making this a perfect family holiday home. The villa also features Wireless Internet, guests can stay in touch or check their e-mails by the pool with their wireless-enabled laptop.
Rental of the property also comes with FREE watersports at the Royal Pavilion beach just north of Holetown, where guests can enjoy unlimited complimentary watersports and you can choose from water skiing, wind surfing, boat rides, kayaks and snorkel equipment.
Shops, restaurants, bars, a supermarket and banking facilities are all available in Holetown, 1 mile to the south of the property.

Dotted along the West coast are smaller villages where you can enjoy a drink in the various roadside rum huts or buy fresh produce from the local markets.

Rental Notes
3 bedroom rate also available if only 3 bedrooms are required for 1-6 guests with the guest cottage closed off and the 3 bedrooms in the main house in use. The rate for this option is £2765 per week low season (mid April - mid December) and £4095 per week high season (mid January - mid April).
Special rates apply at Christmas and New Year.
25% deposit required to secure the property for your chosen dates, with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made via cheque or bank transfer with no fee, or by credit or debit card with a 2.5% fee.
