The house is centrally located in Krabi town and is minutes away from all the markets and shops and 15 minutes to the beaches. Krabi town is the gateway to all the islands of the Andaman Sea. It is a beautiful, new, modern, western stlye house and has peaceful scenic views of temple gardens.

The house was built last year and is perfect for those who like to live in the town but also be close to beaches, airport and ferry terminals to the islands off the andaman sea.
The house has all modern conveniences such as air con, internet access, hot water, T.V, D.V.D, washing machine, cooker and fridge freezer. It has an open plan kitchen, dining room with breakfast bar. If required we can provide kitchen utensils and crockery. There is a dining table and chairs that seat 8 people.
There is a large living room with sofa, a utility room and downstairs shower room. There are 2 bedrooms; master bedroom has en suite and large balcony.

Availability Notes
There are two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has an en suite (bath and shower) with hot running water. It also has air conditioning, T.V and internet access. There is also a balcony that looks onto your private garden. The 2nd bedroom is spacious and has windows that look onto the private garden. Both rooms come with double beds and the master bedroom has large dresser.
