This lovely modern 2 bed villa for holiday rent on the east coast of Cyprus, is located in a cul de sac. Pernera beaches and amenities are within a 10 min walk and protaras is a 5 min drive.

This villa has 2 bedrooms, one twin, one double, both with fitted wardrobes and air con. Downstairs is a light and airy lounge with sofa bed for 2 persons, plasma tv, dvd and satellite channels, some in English.
There is dining for 6 and a kitchen.
Outside is a small but adequate pool, and for your relaxation, 3 sunloungers, table chairs and parasol. Parking.

The golden coast hotel and marina are within a 10 min walk, you will also find a lovely beach here. There are other beaches, buses and taxis readily available within a 10 min walk. Pernera has just as much to offer as its neighbouring Protaras which is a 25 min walk away [ or 5 min drive] There is a small water park in pernera, and a larger one in ayia napa 15 min drive away. Pernera offers hotels, bars, restaurants, shops, bakery, banks and souvenirs.
