Nestled in between three different golf courses, and only a couple of minutes drive to the beach where there is a beach bar and restaurant, Casares del Sol is the perfect location for any holidaymaker or long term resident. There are several pools on the complex including fenced-off childrens pools. The golf course, Casares Golf, with clubhouse and restaurant, offers a 30% discount on green fees to our owners and guests. Long term residents may be interested to know that Gibraltar is only 35km away, and that there is a choice of both international and Spanish schools within a short drive. This brand new apartment consists of a lounge dining area, opening out onto a southwest facing terrace for al-fresco dining. The master bedroom has a King Size bed, fitted wardrobes and a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes and is furnished with two single beds, and there is also a guest shower room. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped including a dishwasher.
