This well-appointed apartment is set on a residential complex with good access to all the amenities Riviera has to offer and within 1km of Miraflores Golf Club. Riviera is surrounded by golf courses and there are many more within a short drive. There are three swimming pools, one childrens pool, and two adults pools. The beach is just a few minutes' drive away. Great restaurants, either on the beach or nearby, offer various types of cuisine, and shops are just a 2 minute drive away.This apartment has a supprisingly spacious lounge/dining area leading out to the large terrace overlooking Miraflores Golf. There are two bedrooms, the master has a double bed and full ensuite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds and also has built-in wardrobes, and there is a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms lead onto a terrace overlooking the pool area and gardens. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped. There is a lift which takes you from the secure underground parking directly to the apartment.
