Nestled in between three different golf courses, and only a couple of minutes drive to the beach, Casares del Sol is the perfect location for any holidaymaker or long term resident. There are several pools on the complex. The golf course, Casares Golf, with clubhouse and restaurant, offers a 30% discount on green fees to our owners and guests. Long term residents may be interested to know that Gibraltar is only 35km away, and that there is a choice of both international and Spanish schools within a short drive. This brand new apartment, decorated to the highest standard, consists of a lounge dining area, opening out onto a south-facing terrace for al-fresco dining with another large roof terrace with BBQ area above. The master bedroom consists of a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and is furnished with two single beds.
