This two bedroom duplex apartment is set on a quiet complex, just a few minutes' drive from the centre of the coastal town of Sabanillas, famous for its Sunday flea market. The apartment overlooks the swimming pools, an adult´s and a children´s, to one side, and the sea and mountains to the other. The La Duquesa Golf course is a only a short drive away in one direction and the championship course of Valderama a few minutes in the other. The local Spanish school is in Sabanillas and there is an international school at Sotogrande, a 10 minute drive away.There are two double bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has 2 single beds and lovely mountain views. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a sunny west-facing terrace which overlooks the pool. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and shower, and the other with walk-in shower. There is a modern lounge dining area with west-facing terrace and an open fire for those chilly winter evenings, a fully-fitted kitchen and a third terrace upstairs which faces east and has lovely sea and mountain views.
