Features
Mavishehir is set around its own private bay with sandy beaches, cafes, bars & shops and even its own weekly market in winter (every day in summer). If you want typically Turkish, a relaxing holiday and clean air which smells of the pine trees, this is for you. The apartment is spacious and situated on the ground floor just a few feet from the swimming pool. It can sleep 4 comfortably but can sleep up to 6 people (there is a charge of £25 per person extra if over 4 people sharing). It is very comfortably furnished with all mod cons - home from home. There is a double bed, a set of bunk beds and a sofa bed which converts to another double

There is a double bed, a set of bunk beds and a sofa bed which converts to another double. The bathroom has a bath with shower, air con/heating (£20 per week extra). Towels and linen are provided (towels are not to be used outside, please bring your own beach towels). There is a large balcony with 4 sun loungers and terrace furniture, this leads to the pool area with generous amounts of sun bathing terrace and grassed area with lemon and pine trees, all surrounded by an attractive stone wall.

Rental prices per week: April - June £180. July/Aug £200. Sept £180. Oct - March £160. Long term rentals are available from October to March £180 per month (min 2 months). £50 non refundable deposit to be paid upon booking.
