Luxury new 5 bedroom villa located in a quiet and private area of Quinta do Lago, yet within minutes of the beach and the lake. The property has a large swimming pool with separate Jacuzzi area and spacious gardens within the 1400 square metres that the property occupies.

The villa benefits from central air conditioning and cable TV as well as a telephone and fax machine. The ground floor has 3 of the properties 5 bedrooms, with 1 twin bedroom and 2 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and all the downstairs bedrooms have access to the outside terrace. The living room opens onto the pool and garden and the fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground floor, with double fridge, stove, oven and dishwasher.
On the first floor of the property is the master bedroom with a further double bedroom, both of which have en-suite bathrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms lead to a terrace with views to the pool and gardens. The large private pool can be heated for an additional charge (not applicable during peak rentals).
The villa is located in a quiet area of Quinta do Lago, close to the lake and approximately 2kms from the beach.

Quinta do Lago is set amidst two thousand acres of rolling hills and pine woodlands and offers sunshine, peace and seclusion, as well as three of the finest golf courses in Europe. If golf is not on your agenda, you can enjoy horse riding, tennis, squash, clay pigeon shooting, deep-sea fishing and a wealth of water sports available on the Quinta do Lago lake beach. There are also numerous restaurants and an array of nightlife to be found in the area.
Flights to Faro are offered by many low-cost carriers that fly from a wide choice of UK airports, try easyjet.com, ryanair.com, flybe.com, bmibaby.com, thomsonfly.com.
The villa is located just a 15 minute drive from Faro airport with taxis readily available. If you prefer to hire a car we can arrange this for you.

SATURDAY is the changeover day for the villa.
25% deposit required to secure any dates with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to departure.
Payment can be made via cheque or bank transfer with no fees applied or by credit or debit card with a 3% fee.
A security deposit of £1000 will be required.
