Bright apartments near the cleanest sea of Castiglione della Pescaia in the south of Tuscany. 2 hours from Pisa airport, 2 hours 30 minutes from Rome Ciampino airport.

The apartments are located in a building on the promenade. 15 metres walking to the beach. The building has been restored 5 years ago. Balconies overlooking the sea, facing the sunset. Very close to the amenities and facilities, restaurants, clubs, shops, first aid, police station, pharmacies. One 2-room apartment at the ground floor with large paved garden. Two 2-room apartment at the first and second floor with balcony.
Three 3-room apartment at the first and second floor with balcony. One 3-room apartment at the top floor with very large terrace. The entrance of the building is on the rear. To get to the properties you could use either the stairs or the elevator.

Castiglione della Pescaia is a wonderful village on the seaside which dominates the coast from its Aragonese castle. Inside its walls it is still visible the middle Age look and charm.
The famous beaches meet the requirements of every tourist: modern bathing establishments where you can relax and sunbath, or hiring boats, kite surf or attend a diving couse; public beach where you can admire the wild Maremma; thin sand beaches or rocky beaches.
And after a seaside day the fun goes on at night: typical restaurants where you can taste the genuine Maremma cooking, wine bars where you can find and... ice-cream shops for the more gourmand ones and for the little ones!
And for the night out lovers discos, pubs, and beach parties!
Travel
Directions: BY AIR_TRAIN: take the train outside Pisa Airport, Grosseto direction. After less than 2 hours you will be in Grosseto. Jump down the train and take the bus to Castiglione della Pescaia, just outside the station. Frequent services during summer. After one hour you will be in Castiglione della Pescaia, 500 metres to the apartments. We could meet up at the bus stop.
BY CAR: Even if we suggest not to use the car, there are several parking all over the village. Once you have parked, forget the car and have a walk during all the vacation!
