The home features a 40 ft. covered terrace to the rear and an identically sized terrace above this on the first floor, leading from the upstairs bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are located in the main house and a further 2 bedrooms are in a separate guest cottage adjacent to the main house. The upper floor in the main house has 2 master bedrooms, with large en-suites and balconies, with the 3rd bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room.
The large lounge has 4 double glazed doors that open onto the poolside terraces and there is also an IT-equipped study on the upper floor. The cottage has a large lounge with fully equipped breakfast bar including fridge and the 2 double bedrooms share a newly fitted bathroom, and the kitchen in the main house has recently been upgraded, with granite surfaces, Smeg appliances, large fridge-freezer and wine cooler.
The 'Old Nine' golf course is just minutes away and the Sandy Lane owners' tennis courts are also nearby and all the facilities of Holetown, including shops, restaurants and bars and just half a mile away.
Rental of the property also comes with FREE watersports at the Royal Pavilion beach just north of Holetown, where guests can enjoy unlimited complimentary watersports and you can choose from water skiing, wind surfing, boat rides, kayaks and snorkel equipment.

25% deposit required to secure the property for your chosen dates, with the remaining balance due 10 weeks prior to departure. Payment can be made via cheque or bank transfer with no fee, or by credit or debit card with a 2.5% fee.
