This luxury apartment is one of the 18 properties that make up the exclusive Villas on the Beach resort, a wonderfully bright and vibrant set of apartments designed by well-known architect Ian Morrison and located right in the centre of Holetown.

The master bedroom has a King-size double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds, making this an ideal property for the family. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms. The spacious lounge has comfortable sofas and a TV with cable TV. There is also a CD player and a wireless Internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, cooker and washer and dryer. The lounge leads onto the terrace with dining tabel with space for 6 people and also comfortable chairs to relax in.

The resort has 2 communal pools in between the apartments and the beach, with a long lagoon-style pool and a second round pool. There are sunloungers and tables around the pool terraces to relax on and these can be taken down onto the beach to relax on after swimming in the sea.

Rental of the property also comes with FREE watersports at the Royal Pavilion beach just north of Holetown, where guests can enjoy unlimited complimentary watersports and you can choose from water skiing, wind surfing, boat rides, kayaks and snorkel equipment.

All the facilities you require are just a short walk away, with the West Coast Mall across the road, with shopping and a supermarket, and a choice of restaurants, including the excellent Cocomos, which is located just next door.
