Summerlands Penthouse is made up of 2 buildings, one behind the other with the back building opening onto the large communal pool with separate Jacuzzi area and the front building facing out towards the sparkling Caribbean Sea. There is also a communal garden area.

This 3 bedroom Penthouse apartment has lift access and its own private Jacuzzi on its sun terrace, where there are also sun loungers and a dining table. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table with room for up to 8 located on the properties covered terrace, allowing meals to be eaten whilst enjoying great views. The properties master bedroom has a King-size double bed, as does the second bedroom, and the third bedroom has twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Rental of the property also comes with FREE watersports at the Royal Pavilion beach just north of Holetown, where guests can enjoy unlimited complimentary watersports and you can choose from water skiing, wind surfing, boat rides, kayaks and snorkel equipment.

The beach is located just across the road from the apartment and there are restaurants and a large supermarket within 10 minutes walk from the apartment. For a wider choice of restaurants and duty-free shopping Holetown is just 2 miles and Bridgetown is 4 miles away.
