New for 2008 Villa Oleander is a lovely holiday bungalow in Dalyan, Turkey
The villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday
Suitable for couples, friends or families, boasting its' own private pool and large walled garden
Occupying a corner plot, the villa has complete privacy and seclusion, apart from seeing occasional farm workers tending the oranges or coming to pick cotton
The views from villa Oleander are quite spectacular, surrounded by mountains , the bungalow is situated on the outskirts of Dalyan amongst an abundance of orange and lemon groves, cotton fields and Liquid Amber (Franckincense) forests
There is a small bakery at the end of the lane using a wood fired bread oven, so a morning stroll and you can have warm fresh bread for breakfast
Surrounded by spectacular mountain views, citrus groves and cotton fields, the Villa is perfectly peaceful and tranquil for a relaxing holiday by daytime, close enough to enjoy the plentiful restaurants and bars Dalyan has to offer by night time
Getting about is easy as the Dolmus (public minibus taxi) runs every half hour from the end of the road. Taxis are inexpensive and readily available. Bikes are also available for your use. The walk into Dalyan takes about 20 minutes and although surrounded by mountains, Dalyan itself is flat and easy to walk around
This area is a natural nesting ground for Storks, from March onwards you can see the amazing sight of these large birds gliding through the air to nearby fields and nesting in the most unusual places
We own and manage the property and live nearby, so we are close at hand should you need us for anything at all during your stay
We believe Dalyan has something to offer everyone, whatever age or interest

Dalyan Turkey
Dalyan is a lovely small riverside town with an enticing mix of breathtaking views, fantastic weather, warm friendly hospitality, plentiful restaurants, charming bars and places to shop. Dalyan is laid back, low key and lovely; a unique place with something for everyone ensuring you experience an unforgettable holiday
Dividing the sea from the delta is Iztuzu beach stretching for 5km east from the mouth of the estuary. This is a breathtaking stretch of beach which is thoroughly unspoilt by any modern developments. Throughout the ages the Loggerhead Turtle has laid her eggs here. This species, which is now protected, can happily continue to breed here
Travel
Directions: Dalyan is situated between Fethiye and Marmaris on the mediterranean coast of Turkey. It is only half an hour away from the main International airport of Dalaman where direct flights operate all year to and from the UK
Airport Transfers
We are able to offer airport transfers in a fully air-conditioned vehicle
We will check your arrival time with Dalaman to ensure we are there to meet you at the right time if there are any delays
The transfer time from Dalaman to Dalyan is 30 minutes
Prices for up to 3 people with baggage is £25 and four people with baggage £35
For larger groups , we work with local tour operators who can provide transfers in 8 or 12 seater air-conditioned minibuses *
Please note that you will need a visitors visa to come to Turkey
This is purchased at the airport on arrival BEFORE you go to passport control
You will need £10 in sterling cash to pay for your visa

Available all year round. The main Summer Season is from May until end of October but other months can be lovely and warm. The pool is operational in the Summer months only
