The Four Seasons is a luxury apartment set in unspoilt countryside just 5 minutes walk from a small village called Ilicia, just 5 minutes drive to the lively resort of Kumkoy with excellent beach and just 10 minutes drive to the seaside resort of Side. The apartment has fantastic view to mountains.
Features
The property has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and amazing views of the mountains through the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds a wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the small pool. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and a large dressing table with drawers.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms (one is ensuite to bedroom one). An open plan fully equiped kitchen area with dining table for 6 people, lounge area with satellite TV , DVD player and playstation 2. The patio from the lounge area has a comfortable table and chairs for alfresco dinning and has absolutely amazing views looking over unspoilt countryside to the Taurus mountains.
All rooms in the apartment benefit from air conditioning/heating.
The complex has one very large pool another small splash pool and an indoor pool which is open in the winter months when the outdoor pool will be closed. The complex boasts a fitness suite with saunas and showers, internet cafe, tennis courts and toddlers play area. Sunloungers and parasols are available around the pool for guests use.
The complex has 24 hour security and a free mini bus privately owned by the residents that will operate daily in the high season to take guests to the beach, nearby supermarket and the atmospheric seaside resort of Side with its numerous restaurants, shops and pleantiful Roman ruins to browse around.
If you fancy a strole the apartment complex is a 5-10 minute walk to a rather upmarket Turkish village which has a weekly market in the village centre, a post office, bus stop, 2 small shops and a brand new outdoor childrens fitness/play area.

The location is on the edge of a rather upmarket turkish village in a slightly rural area with stunning mountain and countryside views. The village has a weekly market with fresh produce and there is a post office and small shop.
The complex has a mini bus which is owned by the residents and is free to all paying guests. This will run in the main season only and take you daily to the beach, Side town and twice a week to a large supermarket. This service will operate until 8.30 in the evenings so you may need to get taxis to drop you back to the apartment if eating out. This is not expensive and many of the restaurants offer a free drop off service anyway. Car hire can also be arranged at around £30 a day if you feel the need to explore.
