For the family the essential DVD player and Sky TV.
The Sports club is free to use during your stay with its own swimming pool,Children's pool ,Permanent life guard.resaurants,bars,medical centre,Gym and super market.Security guards on gated complex 24hrs a day.
The villa is situated adjacent to the exclusive 9 hole golf course.
During your stay you will have free access to the onsite owners club 10 min walk from villa.For all golfers ,non golfers and families the club offers a fantastic swimming pool ,Gym,supermarket and superb rersaurants and bars.
The private garden offers a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy those warm summer evenings and the reassurance for families with young children,that the Owners Club swimming pool has an onsite life guard , so it is not your responsibility at the villa.

-For the non drivers our onsite agents will be happy to collect you for approx 20 euros(Murcia) 100 euros Alicante per car

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required with balance due 8 weeks before departure.
A refundable deposit of £250.00 will be required for damages /breakages during your stay.
Bed Linen ,Towels ,electricity and air con are included in the rental rate.
I have the flexability to offer bookings over 2 weeks at a discount in the weekly rate and extra bedlinen can be provided for 10 Euros per person.
For young families high chairs/cots etc can be delivered .Any request please ask.
