The villa is located in a serene and residential environment most suitable for families. it enjoys sunshine all day as it is asouth facing garden. It is completely free from heavy traffic and noisy nightclubs, although these entertainment spots are close enough for a night out. The villa is located to ensure a tranquil and relaxing environment. Approximately 1.5 km you will find miles and miles on superb sandy beaches steming from Larnaca to Agia Napa and beyond. Agia Napa is a 15 minute drive away. There are many night spots nearby and an abundance of restaurants. A drive along the beach takes you to "Faros" famous for it's lighthouse and nearby "Spiros Beach" where you will find watersports and other beach activities. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty and located only 5 kms away are the famous salt lakes, which are the sanctuary of flamingos, swans and other migrating birds.

The property also has a 2 dining rooms, morning room, and lounge. All windows and patio doors are double glazed. Own drive for 3 cars. Easy access to all main routes throughout Cyprus. The nearby village of Oroklini has all local ameneties including a Bank and local produce within 3-4 minutes walk.

Phinikoudes - Larnaca promenade is the place for an evening stroll, with it's many bars, cafes and even KFC and MacDonald's as well as ice cream parlours and seafront restaurants.The famous fishing village of Zygi, is a 30 minute drive along the new coastal road where you can eat in one of the many restaurants serving the "catch of the day" or watch the fishermen at work.
Nicosia is only 30 minutes drive, the beach resort of Ayia Napa and Protaras are only 20-30 minutes away.
Activities - for water sports the villa is a short ride to the main tourist beaches of Larnaca where speedboat hire, paragliding, scuba diving facilities and many other activities can be found including boat trips.
Shopping- 10 minutes away from the villa is Larnaca town centre which is excellent for shopping with the bustling activity of a colourful market selling local crafts, leather, fresh produce and souvenirs or the sophisticated shopping centres in the town centre, including traditional Greek restaurants
