Spacious, 2 bedroom brand new villa with private heated pool. The balcony and lounge overlook the pool, and face South West for maximum sun. A few mins walk to nearest beach, restaurants & supermarket. Five mins drive from picturesque sandy beach, Paralimni, Protaras & Fig Tree Bay.
Features
This villa comprises an open plan lounge dining area and full kitchen, with WC off the entrance. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning/heating and tiled floors. Outside there is a patio, facing south-west for maximum sunshine, with a private heated pool - a great advantage as unheated pools feel very cold! There are sun loungers, outside shower, table, chairs & parasol, barbeque and garden areas planted with flowers and shrubs. The drive takes 1 car and the whole plot is surrounded by low walls & gates.The villa is fully cleaned once a week & all linen and towels are changed. Please bring your own towels for use around the pool & on the beach. The pool is kept crystal clear with regular cleaning, & the garden is kept tidy with regular maintenance. It is also available for long term for €730 per month.

The villa is situated next to a quiet road within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants and a pebbly cove. Within a short distance to the beautiful sandy beach & picturesque harbour at Ayia Triada. The beaches, water sports, restaurants, bars and shops of Protaras, the pretty Fig Tree Bay, and traditional but trendy Paralimni are 5 minutes drive away. The sea caves of Cape Greco and Ayia Napa with its beaches, nightlife & waterpark, are only 15 mins drive.
Travel
Directions: From Larnaca airport take the A3 towards Paralimni, and once there follow the directions to Ayia Triada.
