Rates are on a monthly basis for this property with a minimum of a three month rental.
Low Season - June to September - US$ 900.00
Mid Season - April, May and October, November - US$ 1,000.00
High Season - December to end of March - US$ 1,800.00
Discounted rates are available for longer rentals.
Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving are treated as High Season.
Florida State taxes will be added of 10% to the above prices.
The price includes all electricity, linen, towels etc.
