Circlewood is a delightful house set in a circle of houses within a gated community in South Venice, Florida. In the garden are a selection of citrus trees which produce a wonderful crop for the enjoyment of our guests. The Villa consists of: - master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom - guest bedroom with twin beds - fully air conditioned - lounge with television and DVD player - fully fitted kitchen - wash room - desk area with telephone and cable points - lanai/Florida room over looking fruit trees - carport with small shed AMENITIES A short walk from the house is the community center with: - heated pool - changing facilities - jacuzzi - billiard room - exercise room - kitchen - sauna - library - shuffleboard An additional heated pool is to be found close to the entrance of the complex with changing facilities. There is also a dedicated channel on the TV to keep you up to date with all the activities and special events. RATES ANNUAL RENTAL US$800.00 per month Annual rental does not include utilities RATES FOR SEASONAL AND VACATION RENTAL Rates are on a monthly basis for this property with a minimum of a three month rental. Low Season - June to September - US$ 900.00 Mid Season - April, May and October, November - US$ 1,000.00 High Season - December - March - US$ 1,800.00 Discounted rates are available for longer rentals. Christmas, Easter and Thanksgiving are treated as High Season. Florida State taxes will be added of 10% to the above prices. The price includes all electricity, linen, towels etc.
