There are direct buses from Istanbul and Ankara to Ortaca that is Dalyan part of. With Kamil Koç, Pamukkala and Metro you can come to Ortaca every night of the week and from there to Dalyan the minibeses take about 15 minutes.
If you want to come to Dalyan by your car,you can come over Mugla-Köycegiz or Fethiye.
Turkish Airlines Have direct or transferred flights everyday from Istanbul,Ankara And Izmir to Dalaman.
