» Villa DA LASS is a spacious holiday villa located just a few metres away from a large communal swimming pool in a residential complex 2 miles south of town centre of Kusadasi, easily reached by frequent dolmus (minibus) directly outside the complex. The complex has facilities including a small supermarket and restaurant. There are also restaurants scattered around the road side in walking distance of the complex. Hotel ONURA and Hotel Grand OZCELIK offer their facilities to the tourist from outside their Hotels. For a small entrance fee of as little as £2 per person you can use their swimming pools, saunas, beach facilities, water sport facilities, bar and restaurants. There is a place called "Eleven's Beach Club" which is approx. 800 meters away towards town centre on the left. This place offers swimming and sunbathing facilities by day and at night the beach bar becomes a lovely Restaurant» BEDROOMS (4 Bedrooms) Villa DA LASS will comfortably sleep 8 people » Top floor: Villa offers one double bedroom ( with one wardrobe) and one twin bedroom on top floor, » First Floor :Two twin bedrooms ( One wardrobe in one of them) on the first floor. » BATHROOM (2 bathrooms) Main Bathroom: There is a large main bathroom on the first floor with a shower cubicle and and automatic washing machine. Ground Floor Bathroom: There is also a shower room with toilet on this level. » GROUND FLOOR Large comfortable lounge and dining area. With sliding doors opening to ample terrace you will have a lot more space.. There is a table and chairs for 8 people on this terrace. There is a small toilet room on the entrance level. » KITCHEN An open plan Kitchen is equipped with a tall fridge-freezer, an oven-cooker, toaster, kettle and other basic and necessary kitchen equipment.»WATER There is always hot water in the villa with the solar system on the roof and an electric boiler as a back up. »ELECTRIC An open plan Kitchen is equipped with a tall fridge-freezer, an oven-cooker, toaster, kettle and other basic and necessary kitchen equipment. »OTHER You will have all bed linen ( Second set will be supplied for the second week) and towels provided before you enter the villa ( No beach towels). There will be Iron and and ironing table, a Satellite Television, DVD, music centre with CD player and a radio available in the lounge. No hair dryer available. We can provide cots for babies to place anywhere in the villa. »TRANSPORTATION Local Minibuses will frequently stop by the complex to take you to the town centre, supermarkets or beaches. Minibus fares are as little as 25p per person.» 1 hour to IZMIR Airport. » 1,5 hours to BODRUM Airport. » The sandy beach of Yavansu is just 500 metres away » Long Beach and Dolphin Beach are just a 5 minute minibus ride, where there are sandy beaches, cafes, restaurants and a medium size Water Park. » Just 2 miles to town centre.
