This traditional detached Menorcian villa benefits from views over Cala Galdana and the river flowing down to the sea. All the amenities of this popular resort are within walking distance.
The Accommodation
The accommodation, which is all on one level comprises of an entrance hall leading to one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two family bathrooms. There is a spacious living / dining room with open fireplace and serving hatch to the newly fitted separate kitchen, which benefits from all modern appliances. In addition there is a light and airy sun lounge off the main living area, which gives the opportunity to enjoy the sun indoors. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV, DVD Player and a stereo system.
Outdoors
Outside, to the front of the villa the sun terraces surround a 7m x 4m swimming pool, which has roman steps to give easy access for children and the elderly. A number of trees in the mature gardens offer natural shade. Sun beds, parasols and patio furniture are provided with a brick built BBQ adding to the many features of this pleasant villa. Located in a quiet street, there is ample parking as well as off road parking on the drive.
