This lovely semi-detached villa is located on the seafront and enjoys spectacular views of the ocean and the neighbouring islands of Lanzarote and Lobos. It is located just 35m from the nearest beach and approximately 900m from the centre of the resort. The famous sand dune beaches are within walking distance. This villa is situated in a very sought after location with a selection of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance.

The Accommodation

The accommodation, which is on three levels comprises briefly on the ground floor of an entrance hallway with guest cloakroom leading to the galleried dining area and comfortable, spacious lounge below. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV, Video recorder, CD Stereo System. There is a separate fitted kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven fridge-freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob. The master bedroom, which can be found on the first floor, has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a private balcony with stunning views. Stairs leading to the second floor give access to a family bathroom shared by a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. An additional bed can be provided in this room for a child under the age of twelve.

Outdoors

Outside, patio doors from the lounge lead onto the sun terrace which surrounds a 6m x 3m private pool, which is heated during the winter months. (Extra charge in Summer) A brick built Barbeque and traditional cane patio furniture are provided to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining and admire the magnificent views across the Ocean. In addition there is a set of sun beds and a parasol for sunbathing.
